Free & Easy Returns!

To start a return, simply login to your account or click here.

Return & Refund Policy:

  • Unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Customers will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise and sales tax associated with the transaction to the original form of payment.
  • We provide a printable pre-paid return shipping label for free to, however shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
  • See exceptions below for items not eligible for return.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Final Sale items (clearance, close-outs, etc.)
  • Items sold as "Blems" or blemished products
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items, etc.)
  • Gift Cards
  • Wholesale orders
  • Any used, worn, washed, or soiled items
  • International orders (non-US) - returns are permitted, but return shipping must be paid for by the customer (free return labels are not provided on international orders)

Any of the items above sent back to us will not be refunded and will be shipped back at the customers request (standard shipping charges will apply).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
